What shipping Method do you use?
We ship via Canada Post for all orders.
What are your delivery costs?
For all deliveries within North America we charge $6.95 for one item or a flat rate of $9.95 for multiple items. Orders within Canada are shipped Expedited and orders to the USA are shipped small packet airmail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should recieve your items anywhere from 2-5 business days within Canada and up to 2 weeks within the USA.
What about International deliveries?
We ship small packet air for all International orders. For the first item purchased the cost is $12.95 and for any items added it is an additional $5.95.
When will my order be processed?
We process your item within 24 hours of receiving it and it is shipped with 3 buisness days. If you are in a hurry to recieve your item please email contact@westcoastbaby.com to let us know and we will do our best to get it shipped asap.
How will my item be packaged when ordering online?
We wrap all orders in brown paper and use a Westcoast baby sticker to seal it.
Will you be making bigger sizes?
We are constantly adding to our Layette and are working on having the next size up (11-16 lbs) avail soon. We would love to hear your suggestions as for colors or designs that you would like to see for the future.
Why is the bottom of the Kimono Wrap open with no ties?
We designed our kimono specifically for brand new babies. We were unimpressed by the baby gowns provided by the hospital and wanted to create soemthing as simple as that but much more hip with the same amount of functionalitly. Oh and of course we wanted something softer. As the majority of newborns are swaddled there is no need to have a drawstring at the bottom. We wanted a gown that didnt have to be placed over babies heads and that was ultimatly the easiest thing to put on your newborn.
I would like to sell Westcoast baby in my retail store how do I find out more information?
Westcoast baby is currently selling in over 120 boutiques in five different countries. We are happy to offer retailers our wholesale information. You can fill out our wholesale application and we will be in touch with you.
I would like to buy something for a gift and have it sent to a different address , how can I send you this information?
At checkout , when filling out your billing information there is a spot below to put a different address for delivery. This is where you will put the address to which you would like the gift to be delivered. If you would like us to add a note for us you can purchase one of our Notecards for $2.95 and we would be happy to fill it out for you.
Where is your clothing made?
We design , manufacture all of our products in Vancouver, BC Canada.
Our signature cotton is grown and knit in the USA.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are happy to return or exchange items purchased from www.westcoastbaby.com within 60 days from your purchase date. Items must be in new condition with tags still attached. You will be refunded the cost minus shipping charges upon reciept of goods.
Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to them unless they are defective in which you can contact us directly about it.
